| Job Description: | The position of draftsmen and project manager reports to the drafting / project management supervisor. The job encompasses the drafting and managing of projects to achieve profitability. This position plans, coordinates and communicates effectively in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversees its organization, scheduling and implementation with the site Superintendent and Field Foreman. The position starts with the drafting aspect and then eventual project management depending on progression. |
